As a so-called "service partner" of the NürnbergMesse, the Nuremberg fair, BROCHIER Gebäudetechnik has been in charge of supply and disposal of water during events for stands in halls 10.0, 10.1, 11 and 12 since September 2000. Since spring 1999 our enterprise has provided services in the technical building management sector for the NürnbergMesse.

DiFMA, Deutsches Institut für Facility Management GmbH
In order to shape the development progress and future of facility management (FM) in Germany, on 20 December 1999 DiFMA was founded in Nuremberg. A. BROCHIER Holding GmbH & Co. KG. is one of the partners and co-founders of this organisation. The main target of DiFMA is the practical application of scientific findings in the FM sector. DiFMA offers its customers qualified FM-methods, instruments and systems, competent advice, the execution of research assignments as well as training.

GEFMA, Deutscher Verband für Facility Management e.V.
GEFMA, a contact partner for all queries regarding facility management (FM), promotes the advantages of professional FM by their active public relations. The association with offices in Bonn is the leading authority for the definition of FM quality standards (GEFMA standards) and offers a regular exchange of experience and specialised information in regional circles throughout Germany. In cooperation with universities and private educational institutes GEFMA supports qualified teaching concepts. Furthermore, the association promotes interdisciplinary cooperation with specialised organisations and supports the search for cooperation partners amongst users and suppliers. Since 1999 BROCHIER Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Nuremberg, is a member of GEFMA.
