Opening of a piping company in Nuremberg by Paul Brochier.

- Founding of the Germersheim (Rhineland-Palatinate) branch

- Founding of the Munich branch

- Founding of BROCHIER Baumanagement GmbH, Nuremberg (commercial administration services for the whole Alexander Brochier group)
- Conversion of the Munich branch to BROCHIER Gebäudetechnik GmbH, Munich

- Hiving off parts of the sanitary and heating divisions as well as technical building management from BROCHIER Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG and establishment of the pipeline engineering range:
=> Founding of BROCHIER Anlagen- und Rohrtechnik GmbH
(Plant engineering, technical maintenance in the fields of sanitary, heating, refrigeration and ventilation engineering, cleaning, inspection, rehabilitation and renewal of pipelines (mains) as well as technical building management, mainly for customers in the sectors industry, service and trade)
- Merger of enterprises BROCHIER Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Nuremberg, and Willi Herrmann Haustechnik GmbH, Ottensoos:
=> Change of name to Herrmann Haustechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Nuremberg (plant engineering and technical maintenance in the fields of sanitary, heating and ventilation engineering predominantly for the new housing sector and for public building projects)
- Hiving off the former field of electrical engineering of BROCHIER Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG to:
