Our solution: Pipeline robot
A self-propelled, remote-controlled robot system is brought from the rehabilitation vehicle into the pipeline through a shaft. The robot system can carry out point repairs in pipes using a variety of materials. It can be used for milling, drilling and grouting work in pipes from DN 200 to DN 600.
The robot rehabilitation results in the recovery of impermeability and load carrying capacity while, at the same time, maintaining the full diameter of the pipe.
We use the robot system of Hächler Umwelttechnik. The milling unit is hydraulically powered and allows for a penetration depth in the house service connection of up to 500 mm. The rehabilitation unit makes both the processing of materials on cement basis as well as 2-component epoxy resins possible. When grouting materials on cement-basis, the complete cavity surrounding the house service connection is included in the grouting process.

For rehabilitation of solitary damages in pipes the GFK-shortlines is well suited. A short tube of E-CR fibreglass impregnated with epoxy resin is introduced into the pipe. After curing a statically bearing pipe lining is left behind.

Our solution: GFK inliner
The GFK inliner is a fibre glass tube made of E-CR/Advantex fibre glass which is used for trenchless rehabilitation of leaking, corroded and statically instable pipes. The liner is impregnated in the factory using an ISO-NPG-polyester resin (corresponding to type 1140 according to DIN 16946 Part 2 with moulding material characteristics of Group 3 according to DIN 18820).
The GFK inliner is inserted with a winch in the sewer under rehabilitation, is inflated by air pressure and cured with steam. The curing process takes between four to six hours, depending on the diameter and length of the pipe.
This system can be used for the rehabilitation of pipes of the dimensions DN 100 to DN 800.
For rehabilitation of larger profiles where a needled felt inliner is used, we cooperate with well-known enterprises in the field of sewer rehabilitation.

Renovierung (Nebenkanal)

Schäden an privaten Haus- und Grundstücksentwässerungsleitungen (z.B. Wurzeleinwuchs, Versatz und Scherbenbrüche)
Unsere Lösung: Hausanschluss-Inliner
Dabei handelt es sich um einen aus Kunstfasergemisch hergestellten Nadelfilzliner, der mit einer wasserundurchlässigen Lage aus thermoplastischem Polyurethan oder PVC beschichtet ist.
Der Liner wird vor Ort in einer vollautomatisierten mobilen Imprägnierungsanlage getränkt. Zum Einsatz kommen dabei mehrkomponentige Epoxid- und Sililkatharze. Der Liner wird mittels Innendruck in die zu sanierende Leitung eingestülpt, an die Rohrwandung gepresst und ausgehärtet. Die Zugängigkeit von einer Seite der Sanierungsstrecke ist ausreichend zum Einbringen des Liners.
Mit diesem System können Leitungen von DN 70 bis DN 250 saniert werden. Mit einem speziellen Material ist es möglich Bögen bis 90° und Querschnittsveränderungen zu durchfahren.

Our solution: Berstlining
For this technology a displacement body is pressed and pulled through the defect pipe. The old pipe is destroyed by this process and pushed into the surrounding soil. The new pipe or conduit is placed directly in the old pipeline track. Possibly existing branch connections are rebuilt in open construction.

Shaft Rehabilitation
Often the shafts remain unattended when rehabilitating the sewer system. However, increasingly they also show leakages resulting in the infiltration of ground water or pollution of our environment by sewage.
We have included the rehabilitation of shafts in our rehabilitation concept and offer you the necessary procedures. They include mansonry work, sealing processes via injections as well as the lining of shafts with glass fibre components.

We also offer you the exchange and new construction of water pipes and sewers as well as the construction of shafts. Furthermore, our experts conduct partial exchange or relocation of pipeline sections which cannot be rehabilitated in the course of rehabilitation measures.
